    The reason the plugin isn't working, is that Microsoft has completely stopped their old API for everyone.

    To fix this we have expedited the release of a new version of the Outlook add-in in the coming days.

    We will notify you again once it has been released !

    The new Outlook plugin currently cannot save emails due to a change from Microsoft. But it will be fixed soon.

    Note that this only applies for the new version of the Outlook Plugin.
