Problem saving emails with the newest Outlook Plugin

    This has been resolved meanwhile. The Outlook addin is working well again.

    The reason the plugin isn't working, is that Microsoft has completely stopped their old API for everyone.

    To fix this we have expedited the release of a new version of the Outlook add-in in the coming days.

    We will notify you again once it has been released !

    The new Outlook plugin currently cannot save emails due to a change from Microsoft. But it will be fixed soon.

    Note that this only applies for the new version of the Outlook Plugin.
