Problem with synchronisation agenda between OVH Exchange accounts and Omnicasa

    This incident has been resolved meanwhile. The synchronisation should be working well again.

    Due to an incident with our supplier OVH, the customers that are using OVH Exchange accounts will be experiencing problems with the synchronisation between the Omnicasa agenda with the Outlook agenda.

    Our supplier notified us that it was solved yesterday around 3 PM.
    Yesterday we have already resent the SMS messages that were still relevant and that were not sent.

    This affects the delivery of some of the SMS messages that are sent from Omnicasa

    We are currently in contact with them to examine this incident and we will keep you up to date.
