Customers reported that they received all mails. We still looking into the confirmation mails etc
The technicians report that they have been able to resend the mails from the agency website and the portals that were not delivered during this period. We will validate this with some customers.

We have solved the problem meanwhile. All mails that are sent from Omnicasa to Hotmail addresses will be sent correctly again.
Since a few days there is a problem with mails that are sent from Omnicasa to Hotmail addresses. These emails aren't delivered and return. Our technicians are currently investigating this incident with the supplier. We will keep you updated.
We have found the cause and it has been solved meanwhile. The mass mailing function is fully operational again !
We have been experiencing problems with the mass mailings since yesterday. We are working with our supplier to resolve it as soon as possible.

For your information: you will still see a notification about the browser on the maps but this doesn't create any issues. We will fix this in the coming days.

There is currently an issue when loading the maps in Omnicasa (when looking in the tab environment in the properties, or when opening the geographic region in the demands). This doesn't impact any other functionalities or services.
We're investigating this and we will try to solve it as quickly as possible.
Our technicians have fixed the issue and we are currently monitoring our services. Normally users should be able to login again without any problems.
