zaterdag morgen om 6u hebben wij door een storing foute oude bestanden verstuurd naar zimmo. We hebben dit vrij snel gecorrigeerd rond 9u en de juiste informatie doorgestuurd.
Door een beveiliging bij zimmo tegen foutieve doorsturingen pikken zij echter grote wijzigingen niet op, waardoor de oude panden zijn blijven staan gans zaterdag. Zondag morgen om 9u30 hebben wij hun gecontacteerd en gelukkig hebben ze de beveiliging kunnen afschakelen waardoor rond 13u opnieuw de juiste panden werden gepubliceerd.
door een storing werden bij sommige klanten oude updates naar zimmo verstuurd de ochtend van zaterdag 22/6. intussen werd een update verstuurd met de correctie. We wachten op de verwerking hiervan. Onze excuses voor de storing.
Our partner Immoweb has just informed us that they have resolved this. The prices are published correctly again.
Currently all properties on Immoweb show prices excluding taxes (even for rental properties and properties that aren't new constructions).
We have already contacted Immoweb and we are communicating with them to solve this as quickly as possible !
We will keep you up to date and we will notify you once it has been fixed.
Note that we aren't the only software experiencing this, all Zabun and Skarabee publications have the same issue for the moment.
As Immoweb requested, we have sent them a full reset of the properties for all customers. Now this has been solved. All missing images are published again now.
Currently there are quite some properties on Immoweb without images.
We have already contacted Immoweb yesterday and we are communicating with them to solve this as quickly as possible !
Meanwhile you can always contact our support so that we can already fix it manually.
